CANCELLATION POLICIES

• The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this we charge you 90% of the room rates as cancellation fee.

• For the Non- Refundable bookings have No cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation 90% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

• Check In: 12:00PM & Check Out: 10:00AM.
• Pets allowed.
• Outside food not allowed.

GUEST PROFILE

• Unmarried couples allowed.
• Guests below 18 years of age are allowed.

ID PROOF RELATED

• Passport and Aadhar Card are accepted as ID proof(s).
• Local ID are allowed.
• Pan Card are not allowed 

SMOKING/ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION RULES

• Alcohol consumption is allowed within the property premises.
• Smoking within the premises is allowed.

FINDING KEY TO THE PROPERTY

• Caretaker and Host greets you and help you to check in.
• Self-check in via smart door is not available.

OTHER RULES 

• Visitors are allowed.
• Allow private parties or events.
• There are no restriction on entry or exit times.
